Through the generosity of 21 friends, we received almost $1000 dollars in donations. Thank you all for having faith in us, for caring about California’s native plants and our work, and for taking the time to give.
On top of that, we were lucky to have our name drawn to receive the 4 PM hourly prize of $1000, sponsored by none other than the Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of the North State. We are so pleased to receive this award because these are the leaders of the group who run this fabulous event every year. What an event, helping to raise over $1.4 million for so many wonderful organizations!
Your gifts will help support our propagation efforts for the spring plant sale, local scholarships, and other Chapter activities. Your dollars will turn into native plants in gardens, supporting local wildlife and bringing joy to all who grow and see them.
