
I took a little hike along West Weaver Creek Trail off of Mill Street, Weaverville, on Thursday, March 19, 2020. I didn’t know that fawn lilies were such early bloomers up here. There was a hillside just carpeted with them.

I went back a couple days later with a full battery to get a few more photos. Also saw Indian warriors and milkmaids.

Regardless of what is happening in our lives, nature goes on. That is reassuring and uplifting, at least to me. -John Springer
