Our in-person Fall 2024 Plant Sale took place on the last 100-degree day of the year! But now we truly are having cool days with warm afternoons and, as yet, warm soil temperature. These are wonderful conditions for getting our remaining shrubs and perennials off to a good start, and toward that end, we are opening our online store! The Cool Season 2024 Native Plant Sale opens at noon on Friday, October 25, and closes at 11 PM on Wednesday, December 4.
We invite you to visit and browse our selection. We have plenty of beautiful natives that will attract interesting pollinators and birds to your yard, and November is still a good time to plant! Here is the link to the store:

Ordering details:
- Click on the above link to access the store.
- Read the home page and click on “Shop All” in upper right corner when you’re ready to start shopping.
- Click on the plant you want.
- Select a size option, if there is one, and make sure it says Shasta after the option you select, (e.g., 1 Gallon – Shasta).
- Select the quantity you would like.
- Click on the orange “Add to Cart” button.
- Repeat for additional plants.
- When you are done shopping, click the orange “Checkout” button.
- Note to members: Be sure to apply your Members’ Only Discount Code. (We cannot apply it for you later.)
- Fill in your contact information. Your phone number and email are vital in case there is a pickup or inventory problem. Click “Next.”
- In the pickup window, schedule your pickup day and make a note of it. Click “Next.”
- Fill in your payment information. Click “Next.”
- Confirm your order and click “Place Order.” Print out a copy of your order and take it with you to the pickup area.

Plant orders will be ready for you to pick up at Shasta College Horticulture area (Farm) in front of building 4500, between 8 AM and 4:30 PM, on the Monday, Wednesday, or Friday following your purchase. Therefore, if you make your purchase between 2 PM Thursday and 2 PM Sunday, we’ll have it ready for you to pick up on the following Monday. If your purchase happens between 2 PM Sunday and 2 PM Tuesday, it will be ready to pick up on the following Wednesday. And if your purchase occurs between 2 PM Tuesday and 2 PM Thursday, it will be ready to pick up on the following Friday.
