Please join the Shasta Chapter CNPS for a garden cleanup day at the Matson Mowder Howe Celebration Garden. We will meet at the garden, located the North Valley Art League’s (NVAL) Carter House Gallery in Caldwell Park (48 Quartz Hill Road, Redding), from 1 to 4 pm on Friday, February 21, to do a basic cleanup. Local plant enthusiasts will be available to answer questions and identify plants.

This is a great way to get some ideas for your own garden. Volunteers may want to bring a sack lunch so we can all eat together at the garden before we get started. Coffee will be provided. Bring water and, if possible: gloves, hand pruners, rakes, spades, or loppers. Parking is available in the large parking lot north of NVAL’s gallery.
